This is the Middlesex Family and Probate Court in Cambridge, MA. This is not a court of justice, this is a court where we believe massive corruption is occurring in the Clerk of Courts Office where we believe the clerks are dispensing justice by making files disappear, Motions disappear so that filing deadlines are missed, and removing documents from case files. The Case File in the case outlined on this website has been missing sometime after a hearing was held on December 14, 2007 and the next hearing on February 15, 2008. Fortunately, most of the documents in this case are on this website and the website www.save-your-estate.com. The Judges and Officers of the Court (Attorneys and others) fail their fiduciary responsibilities by refusing to report wrong doing by attorneys to the Office of Bar Counsel. Instead of protecting the Citizens of Middlesex County this court protects the unethical attorneys by refusing to take action even when overwhelming proof of wrong doing is provided to the court. The Citizens of Middlesex County have been let down by the state government of Massachusetts, the Office of Bar Counsel, the State Attorney General’s Office, and the Middlesex District Attorney who have allowed Travesties of Justice to continue at this Court House by their Failure to Take any Action.
This is the Estate of Annette Villeneuve who died on January 8, 2007. The stress caused by this case on Annette Villeneuve’s family due in large part to the actions and inactions by the attorneys involved in this case, the Middlesex Probate and Family Court, the Marlboro Police Department, the Temporary Executor Richard J. Gabriel, the Special Administrator William Crowley, and now the Administrator Joseph Navin. Annette Villeneuve’s immediate family, in the opinion of this webmaster, is now dead due to the actions and inactions taken by the attorneys in this case and the failure of law enforcement in Marlborogh, MA to take action against the alleged criminal actions that occurred in this case. As mentioned below people in positions of power (Public Officials) had been asked for assistance in stopping what is believed is a Continuing Criminal Enterprise targeting the elderly of Middlesex and Worcester County. Nothing appears to have been done to get the FBI and U.S. Justice Department to investigate what is believed to be a Continuing Criminal Enterprise so it is now time to reveal who this Public Servant is who serves the People of Middlesex and Worcester Counties as a Congressman for the Third District, Congressman James McGovern whose office was contacted for assistance in this case.
We had hoped that Congressman McGovern would be the Champion of this cause and help to stop what is believed to be a Continuing Criminal Enterprise Targeting the Elderly of Middlesex and Worcester County.
At this point in time we have no way of knowing if Congressman McGovern’s Staff has even made him aware of what is believed to be a Continuing Criminal Enterprise Targeting the Elderly and asked him to intervene in this case since the only response received was from Congressman McGovern’s employee, Mary Pat Gibbons, who suggested “we pray” instead of attempting to get justice for the people involved in this case as well as all the elderly people who may have been harmed by what we believe to be a Continuing Criminal Enterprise targeting the elderly of Middlesex and Worcester County who have real estate assets.
As proof that Congressman McGovern’s office was contacted attached is an email and confirmation from Congressman McGovern’s office that the email was received. It was first sent to Congressman McGovern’s employee, Mary Pat Gibbons, who mans the Marlborogh, MA office on July 2, 2008 who assured these people that it would be forwarded to Congressman McGovern’s Chief of Staff. Two weeks later when no contact had been made the email was resent via Congressman McGovern’s web site and a confirmation that it was received was sent. The sender of this email asked that their name be kept confidential and has been removed from the emails - everything else in the email is exactly what was sent. Mary Pat Gibbons, who works for Congressman McGovern, advised these people “To Pray”.
As of Today, October 25, 2008, it appears that no investigation by the FBI or the U.S. Justice Department has been requested by Congressman McGovern or his office or started. Elected officials are supposed to “Serve the People” but from what has been experienced in this case, it appears public officials have no interest in protecting the elderly by taking action to stop what is believed to be a CONTINUING CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE AGAINST THE ELDERLY of Middlesex and Worcester County.
